Onboarding services for Anchors, Vendors & Lenders

CashnTech helps anchors, vendors, and lenders get on board a single unified platform to increase the efficacy of the transactions. We create unique user IDs for every member and prompt them to set passwords for the same.

While getting onboarded, we ask you to go through the detailed terms of use and terms of agreement of CashnTech to ensure that you are fully aware of the services you are willing to obtain. We would also require details about your company to have you on board. Every anchor, vendor, and lender would be onboarded once they provide the necessary information and agree to our terms and conditions.

Transaction Management Support

From the moment an invoice is generated until the moment funds are disbursed, CashnTech provides complete transaction management support to all parties involved. Here are the major steps involved in a transaction for which CashnTech provides management support at every stage:

1. A vendor sends an invoice to an anchor for the goods supplied.
2. The anchor approves the invoice and uploads it on our platform.
3. The vendor decides to sell their invoice to a lender for early payment.
4. The lender receives the request and makes necessary assessments while processing the same.
5. After successful processing of the request, the lender would discount the invoice and transfer funds to the vendor’s account.
6. On the due date, the anchor is instructed to pay the invoice amount to the lender (if the invoice is sold by the vendor) or the vendor as per their agreement.

User Management

CashnTech creates dedicated accounts for every user on the platform, including vendors, lenders, and anchors. A “maker” and “checker” account will be created for each entity to facilitate quick, effective, and accurate transactions.

CashnTech stores all relevant and authorized details about the users in a centralized database, facilitating seamless tracking of transactions and effective resolution of complaints.

Payment Processing Coordination

CashnTech makes sure that all payments are made smoothly and on time. We coordinate the payments made by the lenders to the vendors and by the anchors to the lenders/vendors as per the agreed terms. Any payment processing issue will be looked into and resolved effectively.

CashnTech also sets up alert mechanisms to notify the anchor about the payments that are due. We monitor all payment reports on an ongoing basis and keep everyone on the same page throughout the course of each transaction.
